Social Submitter review

Everybody that is a little bit into SEO knows that backlinks can push a website up in search enginges. Everybody that knows a little bit more about SEO knows that this effect will be the strongest if the backlinks are relevant. But… there are still linkdirectories and “social bookmarking websites” that can still be of a great value. I mean, every little bit helps, so why not requesting a backlink on one of these linkdirectories.

But it takes of course a lot of time to submit a backlink to each of those linkdirectories.  Would it not be great if this could be done more efficient? I’ve tested a program that can do this.

The tool: Social Submitter

Social Submitter review

Social Submitter saves a lot of work by allowing the user to submit a backlink to multiple website at the same time.

I’ve tested the demo version of this program. The demo allows the user to place links to 5 different websites:

The full version has about 250 websites in their database which the user can use. There is only a little problem. When a link gets submitted to multiple linkdirectories and other websites, and contains the same descriptive title and text, then the value of this link will drop down immediately. This is not really good SEO and something that should be taken care of. So when submitting a link, I recommend to submit it to small groups of links, with for each group a different description/title.

The good:

  • A lot of links in the database where you maybe have never heard of
  • It Can make submitting links more efficient
  • You can reach quite a lot of people

The bad:

  • You should be careful with duplicate content
  • It costs 150 $
